These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MetroBeez, including the MetroBeez website, mobile applications, business listings, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, browsing MetroBeez, submitting listings or reviews, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless you notify us promptly about unauthorized access.

2. Listings, Reviews, and Community Content

You may submit business details, photos, reviews, ratings, and community profile content through MetroBeez. You are responsible for making sure that content is lawful, accurate, and that you have the right to share it.

• Do not submit misleading business information, impersonate others, or post fraudulent reviews.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use MetroBeez to spam, scrape, harass, or manipulate ranking and review systems.

3. Moderation and Platform Discretion

MetroBeez may review, approve, reject, flag, edit, or remove listings, reviews, photos, and other submissions to protect the integrity of the platform. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, trust, or legal risks.

4. Business Information and Availability

MetroBeez tries to keep listings useful and current, but we do not guarantee that business details, opening hours, pricing, photos, reviews, or availability will always be complete, current, or error-free. You should confirm important details directly with the business when needed.

5. Intellectual Property

MetroBeez and its branding, software, design, and original platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant MetroBeez a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, maps, sign-in providers, analytics services, or social platforms. MetroBeez is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or uptime.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, MetroBeez asks for consent before enabling optional analytics cookies and similar tracking technologies.

8. Termination

You may stop using MetroBeez at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users, businesses, or MetroBeez.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MetroBeez is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetroBeez disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MetroBeez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of MetroBeez after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
